What is the delivery time of your products?

Because of the high demand lately we need around 10 days to send you your items. You will receive a track and trace code once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do I need to pay customs?

No, our method of shipping makes sure that the customer doesnt have to pay import fees.

Why didnt I receive a confirmation mail or/and track and trace code ?

Make sure to check your spam inbox. If its not in there, contact us through mail and we will reply within 2 business days.

How do I return my clothing?

Head over to the “return and refunds” policy to get all the return details you need to ship your order back.

Is it right my clothing isnt included with my flag?

Yes, we ship your flag seperately from your clothing. In most cases the flag arrives first and later on your clothing.
