The gun never stopped, neither did he
A gunner in the middle of firing, belt running, weight forward. It is the opposite of the sniper statue in the same series: that one is about stillness, this one is about not stopping.
Both are drawn as monuments that were never actually built, which is what makes the series work.
Three roles, three statues
This belongs to the Statues line, next to Sniper Statue and Anti Tank Statue. Three figures, same treatment, each one drawn as if somebody had commissioned a monument for that specific job and then never got round to casting it.
The machinegunner works particularly well in stone because the pose is already statuesque: braced, leaning in, both hands committed. There is nothing subtle about it and it does not need to be.
The sniper statue is about stillness. This one is about not stopping.
People buy this one for the drawing as often as for the role. It is the design that gets picked up by people who have never touched a belt fed weapon and simply like the way it looks.
It also exists as a patch, because the shape stays readable when it is made small. Same fabric as the rest of the range, so sizing carries over one to one.

- 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester Brushed Fleece 270 gsm. This hoodie is true to size. It has a baggy fit at the arms. Our model is 187cm and wears XL.
- T-shirt
- 100% Cotton. (Sports Grey: 90% Cotton / 10% Viscose) 200 gsm. Regular-fit. Our model is 185cm and wears size L. When in doubt between two sizes we recommend taking the larger size.
- Sizes
- XS to 3XL, in 1 colourway.
- Care
- Wash max 30°C. Wash inside out. To keep the best quality we do not recommend the tumble dryer..
- Delivery

Where is the print, on the front or the back?
The statue sits large across the back, with only the small Trace logo on the chest at the front. The patch carries the same figure at badge size, and the flag has it at 90 by 150 centimetres.

Heavy fabric, clean lines
The hoodie is a 270 gsm brushed fleece and the t-shirt is 200 gsm cotton, both thick enough to carry a print this size without it shining through.
