The illustration is a recon element in the field with the vehicle they left behind them: a small team, spread out, watching. Nothing in the drawing is happening yet, and that is the honest version of the job.
Recon is the only role where being noticed is already a failure. The reward for doing it perfectly is that nobody ever finds out you were there.
The fight is decided before anyone fires
Reconnaissance goes out ahead of everything else. No support behind them, no plan to fall back on, because the plan is the thing they are being sent to write. They watch a route, a compound or a treeline for hours or days, and they come back with the detail that decides whether the rest of the unit walks into it or around it.
It is a patient job, and an unglamorous one. Long hours of nothing, in the cold, on your stomach, followed by a few minutes that matter more than anything anyone else will do that week. The people who did it recognise the design immediately, because the drawing shows the waiting rather than the shooting.
Some lead the assault. Recon already knows what is coming.
This one is worn by the ones who served in a recon element, by the ones who trained toward it, and by everyone who understands that the men who go out first and come back quietly are the reason the plan worked.
The same fleece and the same cut sit under Light Infantry and CQB, so sizing carries over one to one.

- 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester Brushed Fleece 270 gsm. This hoodie is true to size. It has a slightly baggy fit at the arms. Our model is 187cm and wears XL.
- T-shirt
- 100% Cotton. (Sports Grey: 90% Cotton / 10% Viscose) 200 gsm. Regular-fit. Our model is 185cm and wears size L. When in doubt between two sizes we recommend taking the larger size.
- Sizes
- XS to 3XL, in 7 colourways.
- Care
- Wash max 30°C. Wash inside out. To keep the best quality we do not recommend the tumble dryer..
- Delivery
- Around 3 to 5 working days to prepare, then a track and trace code. Worldwide, free from 75 euro.

Where is the print, on the front or the back?
The illustration sits large across the back, with only the small Trace logo on the chest at the front. The flag carries the same drawing, 90 by 150 centimetres.

Built for the waiting
The hoodie is a 270 gsm brushed fleece, which is the weight you want when you are standing still in the cold rather than moving through it. The t-shirt is 200 gsm cotton, thick enough that the print does not shine through from the inside.
Thirty degrees, inside out, no tumble dryer. The print stays as sharp as the day it arrived.
