First through the hole they just made
Sappers, breachers, combat engineers. Different names in different armies for the same job: get the rest of the unit past the thing that is stopping them, and do it while everybody waits.
The design puts that moment on the back, because it is the part nobody photographs. The assault gets remembered. The opening that made the assault possible usually does not.
The opening does not make itself
An obstacle only stops a unit until someone walks up to it and deals with it. That is the entire job: a locked door, a wall, a wire obstacle, a stretch of ground that might be mined. Whoever handles it does so in the open, on their own, while everyone else holds back and watches.
It is one of the few roles where the danger goes up the better you are at it, because being good at it means you are the one they send forward. The reward for opening the way is that you are already standing in it when it opens.
Everyone remembers who went in. Almost nobody remembers who opened it.
This one is for the sappers, the breachers and the engineers, and for the infantry who know exactly who they were waiting on. If you have ever stood behind someone working on an obstacle, the drawing needs no explanation.
Same fabric and same cut under CQB and Light Infantry, so sizing carries over one to one.

- 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester Brushed Fleece 270 gsm. This hoodie is true to size. It has a slightly baggy fit at the arms. Our model is 187cm and wears XL.
- T-shirt
- 100% Cotton. (Sports Grey: 90% Cotton / 10% Viscose) 200 gsm. Regular-fit. Our model is 185cm and wears size L. When in doubt between two sizes we recommend taking the larger size.
- Sizes
- XS to 3XL, in 7 colourways.
- Care
- Wash max 30°C. Wash inside out. To keep the best quality we do not recommend the tumble dryer..
- Delivery
- Around 3 to 5 working days to prepare, then a track and trace code. Worldwide, free from 75 euro.

Where is the print, on the front or the back?
The illustration sits large across the back, with only the small Trace logo on the chest at the front. The flag carries the same drawing, 90 by 150 centimetres.

Heavy, because the work is
The hoodie is a 270 gsm brushed fleece, closer to a proper winter layer than to the thin sweatshirts that go soft after a season. The t-shirt is 200 gsm cotton, thick enough that the print does not shine through.
Thirty degrees, inside out, out of the dryer. That is the whole maintenance manual.
