This is the tier 1 controlled chaos hoodie, the full build of the design. Four marks run across the chest, the wordmark drops down one sleeve and three skulls on a blade down the other. Tier 2 hints at it. Tier 1 tells the whole story, and it is the one to reach for if you only take one.
